A short, repeatable morning routine built around one daily puzzle — designed to be sustainable rather than ambitious.

The best puzzle routine is the one you actually keep. Five minutes every morning beats an hour on Sundays by a wide margin, and this is the version that survives contact with a real schedule.

It is deliberately unambitious.

Minute one — one unlimited round

Open Math Rush or Memory Match and play a single fast round. This is the warm-up, not the session, and it should feel almost throwaway.

The goal is attention switching, not a score.

Minutes two to five — the daily

Play all three levels of the daily in one sitting. Do not pause between levels; the scoring rewards continuous runs and your concentration is already spent by the time you come back.

Submit, glance at the result card, and stop.

Then leave

The hardest part of a five-minute routine is not starting, it is stopping. Replaying for a better score is not possible on the daily — only your first run is ranked — so there is nothing to gain by staying.

If you want more, use the archive deliberately rather than reflexively.

Put it into practice
